I'm Jeremy—founder of Outcome Fitness & Nutrition, certified personal trainer, advanced nutrition specialist, and most importantly, a man of God. I wear many hats, but all of them point toward a central mission: helping others unlock the healthiest version of themselves.
From Struggle to Strength
Years ago, I received news that shook me to my core—my cholesterol was dangerously high. I wasn’t living the active life I once knew, and poor choices were stacking up. Worse yet, I watched my own father suffer the consequences of similar habits: heart disease, diabetes, and ultimately, a shortened life at just 60 years old. That loss changed everything.
Transformation Begins
I committed to a new path—one centered on proper nutrition, regular exercise, and consistency. In just 12 weeks, I lost 28 lbs., lowered my cholesterol to normal levels, and discovered how deeply powerful lifestyle changes can be.
But the real gift wasn’t the physical transformation. It was knowing I could help others do the same.
